The winners, finalists and semifinalists grant permission to FilmMakers.com to: use their names and/or likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation; post on its web site your script's logline, synopsis and screenplay excerpts.
In the event of any sale or option of your screenplay or teleplay that is due to the ongoing promotional efforts by FilmMakers.com, FilmMakers Magazine, and/or Media Pro Tech Inc., 7% (seven percent) of that amount will be paid by the purchaser, or you the writer, to FilmMakers.com.
