"Festival Dailies" is produced by Robert Katz and Jerry Kupfer. Adam Pincus is Executive Producer and Anne Mullen is Supervising Producer. An exceptionally versatile talent, Jay Mohr began his career as a teenager and has moved easily between stand-up comedy, film, television and radio. From 1993 - 1995 he was a regular on "Saturday Night Live" where he first gained national attention for his spot-on impersonations of celebrities including Christopher Walken and Sean Penn. His "Saturday Night Live" tenure was followed by his breakthrough performance as an underhanded sports agent in Cameron Crowe's 1996 Academy Award-winner Jerry Maguire. Mohr's subsequent film credits include the upcoming family comedy Are We There Yet?, with Ice Cube; the independent romantic comedy Seeing Other People; the futuristic fable Simone, with Al Pacino; Doug Liman's dark comedy Go; and the drama Pay It Forward, with Kevin Spacey. On television, he starred in the critically adored satiric series "Action," and has guest starred on "The West Wing," "CSI Miami" and "Scrubs." In addition, Mohr has created, produced and hosted programs for television, including the popular series "Last Comic Standing," which garnered him a 2004 Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Reality- Competition Program; and the weekly sports/comedy/variety show "Mohr Sports" on ESPN. An ardent sports fan, he hosted Fox's "NFL This Morning" and often guest hosts Premiere Radio's Jim Rome Show, the number one syndicated sports radio program in the country. He was a regular guest on the edgy, nationally syndicated Opie & Anthony Show, and is one of the most-requested guests on LA's number one morning radio show, KROQ's Kevin & Bean. Having begun his career in stand-up comedy, Mohr continues to sell out theaters, clubs and colleges all over the country, earning standing ovations for his keen observations on the world and the people who live in it.
