SoCal International Film Festival and Screenwriting Competition was formed to showcase exceptional filmmakers and screenwriters from around the world, and to exhibit their talent within the beautiful backdrop of San Diego, California. The competitive, independent nature of SIFFSC is destined to draw a multitude of films from all genres that will not only intrigue us as filmmakers, but will compel us as film watchers.
