Rules:

Please submit works in the format of DVD or VHS.

Do not use fiber-padded envelopes to send videotapes - the residue ruins tapes & equipment.

For confirmation that your entry was received, please include a SASE.

Entry title and name of entrant must be on all materials and containers.

Applicants will be notified of the Festival's decision by early September.

The Festival is not responsible for cassettes lost or damaged in transit.

Keep a copy of your completed application for reference.

There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant - separate applications and submission fees must accompany each entry.

If you would like your video cassette returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with your entry. Make sure to write the name of your film on the top left corner of the return envelope!

Include a copy of the filmmaker(s)'
biography/resume.

Include the technical credits on the
film.

stills, and other media/promotional items (optional)
