Biography:
ROBERT WARD BIO
Robert Ward is an aspiring screenwriter since
completing FLAT PENNIES, a dark drama, while in
London for three months in late 2006. His latest
feature script, in progress, KILTON LAIDLOW, ESQ.,
is far lighter fare infused with comedy. Ward was an
award-winning journalist, editorial writer, and
columnist the past 22 years. His writing appeared in
numerous newspapers, even excerpted in college
textbooks relating to creative writing and law.
Before graduating from the University of California,
Santa Cruz, with a Bachelor’s Degree in History in
1987, Ward was a truck driver for 10 years. He lives
just outside of Memphis, TN.
