Once upon a
time in a trailer park… An awkward teenager named Thurman struggles through a life of repression. His father, an out of work demolitionist, blames the boy for his wife leaving and reminds him every so often with a vicious beating. To make matters worse Thurman’s job as a gas station attendant doesn’t look promising unless outhouse-cleaning duty for minimum wage starts paying dividends. One day Thurman happens across the caravan of an old Gypsy tattoo artist who convinces him to purchase his latest masterpiece — that of a notorious Gypsy Priestess known for her cruel and merciless punishments to those who held her people captive. One by one Thurman’s problems begin to disappear as the tattoo seems to take on a life of its own. Faced with a complex moral struggle and a journey to the point of no return, Thurman must find out how far he’s willing to go to break free from a life that always held him back.
