The ghost of a murdered bodyguard "walks-into" the body of a depressed, suicidal construction worker and proceeds to exact revenge on his murderers while giving his new-found host's life a major makeover.
Synopsis
STUART has a problem: he's been murdered by two police detectives on the take. ALEX also has a problem: he's depressed because his wife has left him and his life is falling apart. Stuart's "ghost" catches Alex trying to commit suicide and decides to "walk-into" Alex's body. Once he's moved into the kind-hearted, but irresolute Alex (not to mention Alex's house) the ambitious, hyper-focused, Stuart methodically begins to exact revenge on his murderers.

To complicate matters, Stuart is anxious to get back to the woman he loves, a woman who just happens to be married to the man who ordered his execution. Stuart, also appreciative of the use of Alex's body, takes time out of his busy schedule to assist in Alex's personal and love life (though, not perhaps the way Alex would do it).

SARAH, a young woman frustrated with her job and love life, is also about to cross paths with this most Machiavellian of fairy-godfathers. But, is this man she is falling for Stuart or Alex? And, how is she supposed to know that she's being asked out by a dead guy?

The moral of this story is that sometimes it takes a good anti-hero to make sure that everyone (that is, everyone the anti-hero likes) gets to have their cake and eat it too.
